ඔන්න වෙබ් අඩවි නිර්මාණය පිළිබඳ මගේ දෙවනි ලිපියත් මම ඉදිරිපත් කරනව. පළමු ලිපියෙන් මම HTML ගැන මූලික හැඳින් වීමක් කරා. ඒ වගෙම කුඩා උදාහරණයකුත් අරගෙන පැහැදිලි කරා. කස්ටියටම එය පිළිබඳ ගැටළු නැතුව ඇති කියල හිතනව. කවුරැ හරි පළමු ලිපිය බැලුවෙ නැත්තම් මෙන්න මෙතන කොටල ඒකට යන්න පුළුවන්. 
පළමු ලිපියේදි මට එකක් කියන්න අමතක උනා. ඒක දැන් කියන්නම් කො. මෙහෙමයි අපි මොකක් හරි HTML Tag එකක් ආරම්භ කරොත් අනිවා ඒ HTML Tag එක අවසන් කරන්නත් ඕන. මෙහෙමයි දැන් අපි <html> කියන ටැග් එක ආරම්භ කරා කියමුකො. ඒ ටැග් එක අවසන් වෙන්න තැනක් තියනවනෙ. ඒක අපි හිතේ තියාගෙන හිටියට වැඩක් නැහැ 
ඒක අපි පෙන්නන්න ඕන ඉතින් අපි අවශ්ය තැනින මෙහෙම ඒ ටැග් එක අවසන් කරන්න ඕන </html> පහත උදාහරණ දැක්කම ඔයාලට තවත් පැහැදිලි වේවි.

හරි අද අපි තවත් HTML Tag කිහිපයක් ගෙන බලමු. තවත් කුඩා උදාහරණයක්ම අරගෙන බලමුකො.

හරි ඉහත උදාහරණයේ එක HTML Tag එකක් හැර අනිත් HTML Tag පළමු ලිපියෙන් පැහැදිලි කරා. හැමොටම මතක ඇති කියල හිතනව. මතක නැත්නම මෙන්න මෙතන කොටල පළමු ලිපියට ගොස් බලන්න.
ඉහත උදාහරණයේ මම අළුත් එකකට අරන් තියෙන්නෙ <head> </head> කියන ටැග් එක. මම දැන් ඒක පැහැදිලි කරන්නම්.
ඔයාල හැමොම වෙබ් අඩවි දැකල තියනවනෙ. අනේ ඉතින් මටත් හිතුන වෙබ් අඩවියකට යන්න. ඔන්න පල්ලෙහා තියනව මම ගියපු වෙබ් අඩවියෙ පිංතූරයක්. හැමෝම ඒක බලන්නකො.
ටිකක් බලන්න ඒ පිංතූරෙ. මම නම් භාවිතා කරල තියෙන්නෙ ගිනි නරියා වෙබ් බරවුසර් එක. එකේ තියන වැඩ කැලි ටික ඔයාල දන්නව ඇති නේද? එහෙම නැත්තම හොඳට පිංතූරෙ බලන්න. උඩින්ම තියෙන්නෙ Title bar එක ඊලඟට Menu bar එත ඊටත් පස්සෙ Address bar එක. පිංතූරෙ ඒව ටික ලකුණු කරල තියනවනෙ ටිකක් ඒක බලන්න. හරි අපි අපසු අපේ HTML වැඩේට බහිමුකො.
මම කිය කිය හිටියෙ <head> </head> කියන ටැග් එකනෙ. හරි අර මම උඩින් දාපු පිංතූරෙ ආපහු බලන්නකො. ඒකෙ Body කියල තියෙන්නෙ Body ටැග් එක අතර යොදපු දේවල්. Body කියන එකට උඩින් තියනව නේද Title bar සහ favicon අන්න ඒව දාන්නෙ මෙන්න මේ <head> </head> කියන ටැග් එක අතර. හැබැයි නිකන් දාල නම් හරි යන්නෙ නැහැ ඒවටත් HTML Tag තියනව. ඒවත් මම කියන්නමකො. ඔයාල දැනට මතක තියා ගන්න <head> </head> කියන ටැග් එක යොදන්නෙ වෙබ් අඩවියේ Body එකට ඉහලින් ඇති දත්තයන් දාන්න කියල.
හරි අපි දැන් Web Browser එකේ Title bar එක මත වැටෙන Title එකක් අපේ වෙබ් අඩවියට එක් කරන්නෙ කොහොමද කියල බලමු. පහත උදාහරණය බලන්න.

ඉහත උදාහරණය බලන්නකො ඒකෙ ඔන්න තවත් අළුත් HTML Tag එකක් තියනව. අන්න ඒ HTML Tag එකෙන් තමයි Title bar එක මත වැටෙන Title ලබාදෙන්නෙ. මගේ උදාහරණයේ තියෙන්නෙ <title> My First Web Page Title </title> කියලනෙ. ඒ කියන්නෙ දැන ඔය HTML කෝඩ් එක වෙබ් පිටුවක් ලෙස save කරොත් Web Browser එකේ Title bar එක මත My First Web Page Title කියල වැටේවි. අපි save කරලම බලමුකො. වෙබ් පිටුවක් save කරන විදිහ මම පළමු ලිපියෙන් කියා දුන්නත ඒව නම් අමතක කරන්න එපා 
වෙබ් අඩවි නිර්මාණයේදි මූලික දැනුම අවශ්යම වෙනව.
ඔන්න මම නම් වෙබ් පිටුව save කරා පහත පිංතූරය බලන්නකො ඔයාලට බලා ගන්න පුළුවන් Web Browser එකේ Title bar එක මත My First Web Page Title කියල වැටිල තියනව. 
හරි අදත් මම HTML Tag දෙකක් ගැන කිවුව. ඔයාලට මේ ලිපියෙ තියන මොකක් හරි දේක ගැටළුවක් තියනව නම් අහන්න. ඔයාලගෙ අදහස් ගොඩක් වටිනව මට මේක ඉදිරියටම කරගෙන යන්න. ඉතින් ඔබගේ අදහස් 
දක්වන්න කියල ඉල්ලනව. මම හිතනව මම මෙ කියපුව හැමෝටම තේරෙන්න ඇති කියල. මේව කරලම බලන්න. ඔයාලට එතකොට ගොඩක් පැහැදිලි වේවි.
